I cannot find sky remote code for Logik LCX15LN4 TV.? - logik sky code

I tried all the codes for Sky and now contact logic. Since I have no original documents can not seem to find a website / e-mail or fax no. Can anyone help? All I want to do is use a remote control for TV:)
